The Sartorial Ideas

As a stylist, sometimes I was asked for editorial or look references as a shoot guide and it's funny to realize how I hardly ever browse fashion sites for inspiration. I have stopped buying magazines since 2008 and I only browse fashion sites when I get hired for 'the job' that requires me to create the mood board and/or styling references and everything, so the client will be happy and less insecure that I will fail them.

So today, I visited The Sartorialist after a very long time and went ooh-ahh with all the pretty pictures. I love it so much, I DIE! It's just so bloody rare to see fashionably polished and chic people on Jakarta's streets so it makes me wondering if someday I could visit Milan, Paris, and New York in fashion weeks and see those gorgeous people, maybe I'll be found dead with a wide smile on my face.
