Mourning Air

So what's on your screen now is Behind The Scene Priyo Oktaviano for Batik Danar Hadi portfolio photoshoot. Feeling a lil bit spooky? Yes indeed, it was damn spooky! The photoshoot was at Jonathan Mulya's burnt house, such a 'beautiful' place for fashion photoshoot but not for those who can feel the strange energy a.k.a have a sixth sense.
Wouldn't it be 'nice' if you can smell the freshly baked bread in the air, precisely at a single spot. And no one baking, no bread vendors outside the house, it's seulement the strong smell. Nice.

My teacher only taught me to dance like a little duck, shake my ass because she thought kids look cute doing that, and dressed me in little duck costume when I wanted to be Odette in Swan Lake. For the first time in my life, I went out of town all by myself. So I went to Bandung, it's only like 130KM from Jakarta but still, this is the farthest trip I've ever done all alone. At first I intended to cheer up my broken-hearted bestfriend, but I ended up asking him to take my photographs LOL. He's a damn good friend and yet a damn good photographer also. Besides, there are loads of beautiful spots in Bandung (esp. at Institut Teknologi Bandung, his college) and I was like, "Shoot! I wish I were smarter so I could spend such a joyeous moment in this amazing college!". Seriously, this college is to-die-for! And perhaps this is what my Psychology of Education professor called "good environment for learning". And compared to my college? Real trash. LOL.

Yesterday I went out to meet my 'second' family from (ex) Soap Magazine and had fun. We blatantly show the world that no one can ever break our bond. Not in the mood for dressing up, having the "I-have-nothing-to-wear" syndrome or "I-have-too-many-clothes-to-wear-and-I-don't-know-which-one-to-wear-now" syndrome? I guess it the second one, though. It's so sick when you know you have loads of clothes but you ended up wearing the same old stuff over and over again. Maybe I should create a psychological theraphy for this kind of syndrome (I learn psychology, remember? Hehehe).

Wore this outfit to Jamiroquai concert last night. It was great although they didn't play "Virtual Insanity", my all time fave. However, I love how Jay Kay communicated with the audience pretty often. Brandon Boyd disappointed me with his coldness last year.

Watermelon Seeds

Went out for snacks shopping and bought a cup of Jamoca Almond Fudge by Baskin Robbins (my all time fave is Pistachio Almond, but too bad they didn't have it). While busy browsing for snacks, I saw a box of Kuaci (watermelon seeds) on the rack and remembered that it's my mom's all time fave snacks, so I bought her some. ;)

Joyeux Anniversaire!

Dear readers, I turn 22 today! Happy birthday to me! :D

I didn't celebrate my birthday simply because I was not in the mood to celebrate it. So I decided to go out for birthday lunch with my parents and enjoyed my quality time with them. I have spent too much times going out with my friends, so why couldn't I just spare one day to hang out with my parents, right?

Oh well, these are the pictures of the little me back in late 80's and/or early 90's (great eras! hehe). I really love these pics. It makes me want to have a kid sooo bad ;D

Ah, I just won a pair of Topshop slouchy boots (brand new without box) on eBay for only £0.99 (around $1,47) but the seller fukin cancels the transaction. First she asked me not to pay as she counts the postage, while on the fukin listing I can see clearly how much the shipping cost to Indonesia is! She blamed me for not asking before bidding (ah, weird!) and then she fukin raised the postage from £5 to £10. Not fair, don't you think? Before I ever replied her message, she cancelled the transaction. It's just soo not professional, no? She set the starting bid at £0.99 and I was the only bidder, then she cancelled the transaction. Very nice.

Not my luck. *sigh* :p
