Review: Cussons Imperial Leather

Heyho, everyone.

I always feel so excited whenever I receive an invitation that involve fun activities. And it doesn't have to be all about fashion, it could be motherhood-related or beauty and health. A few weeks ago, I was invited by Mommies Daily to join Body Vive class at Gold's Gym and try an array of Cussons Imperial Leather products afterwards. Sounds like fun, of course I wouldn't want to miss that.

First off, I'm gonna share about the Body Vive class. So basically, this class consists of a lot of mild to moderate cardio that (I think) is very mommy friendly, especially those who just started working out. Despite being rather slow-paced compared to Zumba and the likes, the whole session was just enough to break some sweat and might as well burn some nasty baby fats. Yes, baby fats. Every momma's enemy number one, isn't it.

Post work-out, another exciting activity was to try Cussons Imperial Leather bodywash, antiperspirant deodorant, and body mist. As a girl who grew up in the 90's when almost all my classmates were using the iconic Cussons Imperial Leather Classic bar soap (this one is absolutely a true story), the fact that now it's available in liquid is super fascinating. Sniffing the legendary refreshing yet very elegant scent was heavenly beyond words and nostalgic at the same time. Plus now it comes in a new modern packaging, and all hail to travel-sized liquid bodywash, antiperspirant deodorant, and body mist, I can conveniently put them in my toiletries case as I'm exploring the world.

The Classic one is indeed my all-time favorite, but it doesn't mean the other variants are not so good. In fact, they all smell great! Natural Fresh, Natural Nourish, Natural Protect, Aqua Fresh, Softly Softly, White Princess, Perfume Heaven, you name it. It's rather hard for me to decide which one(s) is my second best, but if I was obliged to pick some, I gotta say the Skin Protect range (Natural Fresh, Natural Nourish, and Natural Protect) and the White Princess are my top favorite simply because they all smell so damn smooth and fine. But if you like strong scent better, I'd recommend the Perfume Heaven. Just as it called, the rich perfume scent will stay on your body throughout the day.
Now talking about the Cussons Imperial Leather Classic bodywash and soap which happen to be my all-time favorite, I really love how it keeps my skin soft and moisturized after bath, leaving me feeling fresh and smell just as nice. And the antiperspirant deodorant helps me to prevent awful body odor the whole day. You only need to use it once in the morning, and voila! They work like a charm, I love it. It's like Cussons Imperial Leather do have all the qualities we need in a good personal care product. So if you're using all the product range from bodywash, deodorant, to body mist, the elegant scent will definitely stay longer on your body, plus it will also boost your confidence at the same time. No need to worry about bad body odor anymore, right?
